​RETURN POLICY

RETURNS
We offer free returns within 30 days from the date your order was delivered. The items returned must not have been used, worn, altered, washed, or damaged, and must include all original packaging and tags. Orders placed between October 1 and December 31 are eligible for return through January 31 of the following year.
We issue two forms of refunds:
1) Mark's Outdoors Store Credit + an additional $5 Mark's Outdoors Credit
2) A refund to the original form of payment
Please note: refunds do not include any shipping costs paid on your original order (if applicable). Find return details on specific product pages. 

MAKING A RETURN
​If your item is Returnable, please contact our Support Crew by emailing [email protected] and include the following:
  • Your order #
  • What items you’d like to return
  • Reason you want to return the product (we love feedback)
If eligible, we’ll get back to you ASAP with instructions.

EXCHANGES
In order to serve you most efficiently, we do not offer merchandise exchanges. You'll get the right size or color fastest if you simply place a second order. 
Step 1 – buy the new item to secure the inventory
Step 2 – return original item using the instructions above
Please note that your item must be returned within 30 days of its delivery date.

REFUNDS & CREDITS
After your return has been approved, credit card refunds can take up to 5-7 business days for your bank to process.
Refunds for Mark's Outdoors Store Credit are issued immediately following the approval of your return.
We will notify you via email when your return has been processed and the refund selection of your choice has been issued.
Reminder: refunds do not include any shipping costs paid on your original order (if applicable)

DAMAGED ITEMS
Any damages upon delivery must be reported within three (3) days from date the order is received. Contact our Support Crew by emailing us at [email protected]. Please be sure to provide detailed photos of the damage(s).

USED, WORN, ALTERED, WASHED OR DAMAGED GOODS 
Items that have been worn or used are NOT eligible for returns of any kind.
